Third-seeded Vancouver Canucks will face the sixth seeded Los Angeles Kings in the first round of the NHL Playoffs 2010 and the Canucks will host the Kings in game of their seven game series. Kings vs Canucks match is a battle of offense vs defense. Canucks has Hendrik Sedin, the NHL points-leader and the second-highest scoring offense in the league to the playoffs. The young and defense oriented Kings will be in their first playoff appearance. The Kings are in the playoffs for the first time since 2002.
